Clients send customization requirements via email or WhatsApp, including product color, functional needs & other specifications.

2. Confirm Customization Requirements

We clarify detailed demands through timely two‑way communication and lock the design direction.

3. Design 2D-3D Pictures

We create 2D & 3D drawings based on client inputs; confirm drafts with customers before proceeding.

4. Make Molds

Upon requirement & drawing confirmation, clients pay 30% customization deposit. We produce molds strictly per finalized design. Lead time: 15 days

5. Formal Template

We produce formal samples after mold completion, confirm product structure with clients for further work.

6. Produce Molds

Official mold manufacturing starts once clients approve the product structure.

7. Small‑batch Trial‑Production

We complete production & color proofing, run small‑batch trial‑production. Products undergo pre‑tests for water‑resistance, aging and shatter‑resistance to guarantee quality & functions. Production Period: 10 days

8. Mass Production

After pre‑test pass and client acceptance, balance payment is required to launch mass production. We organize and send design files, and provide after‑sales support. Whole customization process finished. Period: 30 days
